Conference Room Privacy Film
Office managers, HR, tenant improvement contractors and interior designers.
The short answer
Frosted or banded film on a glass conference room gives you visual privacy without walling the room off or losing daylight. It installs in hours, costs a fraction of switchable or laminated privacy glass, and can be changed when the floor plan changes.
The glass-box problem
Open plans put glass everywhere, then leadership discovers there's nowhere to have a candid conversation. Full-height frost solves it outright; a banded or gradient application at seated eye level solves it while keeping the room feeling open and letting people see when it's occupied.
- Full frost, eye-level bands and custom gradients
- Logo and wayfinding cuts where wanted
- Doubles as a strike-warning marker on full-height glass
Cheaper and more flexible than new glass
Switchable privacy glass and laminated obscured glass both mean replacing the panel. Film is applied to what's already there, typically in one visit, and is removable when the space gets reconfigured — which in leased office space it will.
Common questions
+How long does window film take to install?
A conference room or a set of office fronts is usually a same-day job. Whole-building solar control work is staged over multiple days or nights depending on square footage and access.
