Commercial film is priced per square foot of glass and varies by film type — solar control, security and decorative films all price differently. Most office and storefront projects land in a predictable per-square-foot range once we see the glass schedule, and you get a written estimate naming the exact film before anything is ordered.
+Is the commercial site assessment free?
Yes. We come to your building, measure the glass, check orientation and sun exposure, and leave physical samples at no charge and no obligation.
+How long does a commercial estimate take?
Most written estimates go out within a few business days of the site visit. If you send drawings or a glass schedule we can often turn around a budget number sooner.
+Can you install outside business hours?
Yes. Retail, medical and office installs are routinely scheduled evenings or weekends so we are not working around your customers or staff.
+What film brands do you use for commercial buildings?
Huper Optik and EDGE architectural films. Both carry manufacturer warranties, and we are an authorized installer for each.
+Do you work with property managers on multiple buildings?
Yes. We handle portfolio work and tenant improvement projects, and can quote building-by-building or as a single package.
